Jazmyn and Jared got married on Jareds grandparents property, and Jareds brother officiated the ceremony for them. It was sweet, intimate, and emotional. I was only with them for just a couple hours but sure enjoyed it and appreciated how special the day was for them.
I met up with Ingrid and Ryan and jumped into their car and headed down a crazy road to Florence Lake. A place where they spend a lot of quality time with each other and family and friends. It was beautiful and they lead me to so many great spots. I do really enjoy getting out to the lake for engagements and weddings. Time for you to take a scroll through the photo’s and check it out!
Lindsay and Paul and myself started their engagement at Stone Angel Brewing for a couple pints to loosen up before their shoot. After that we took a walk around their neighborhood with their very handsome pup, Gustav! We had some fun, found some great spots and beautiful light and captured some great photo’s for these two. Stay tuned for their wedding soon!
Back in the spring we went on an adventure with Meg and Kevin to Pine Point Rapids. This little adventure was to be their elopement and official paper signing! Making them a married couple!
Amidst all the craziness that was and is still going on in the world, it was sure nice to get out and be a part of this amazing moment for them. We had fun, great laughs, a couple beverages, and made some beautiful photo’s for them!
Enjoy!
There wasn’t going to be anything stopping Lisette and Paul from getting married!! They had one hell of an excellent day to get married. Family and friends surrounding them, great weather and a beautiful venue at The Gates On Roblin.
They both got ready just footsteps away from each other in their home. Then it was time for the first look. A bit before the wedding day Lisette emailed me to let me know they had something fun planned for the first look, Pauls friend was going to be in a wedding dress instead of Lisette, and it couldn’t have been any more hilarious! Im not sure which reaction was better, the one with his friend or the one with Lisette! haha.
We headed to the exchange for some photo’s, and to the Forks (to which we were greeted with a huge cheer from everyone that was outside enjoying drinks and the beautiful weather.
Then it was off to The Gates On Roblin to make things official and enjoy the company of their family and friends. Im so happy to have been a part of this big day for these two. I’ve known Paul for many years now, and let me tell ya, he’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and Lisette is a gem as well. Im going to let you just go ahead and check out the photo’s or the slideshow below!
Enjoy!
Way back when covid had its way about shutting things down, and limiting people at gatherings, Courtney and Adrian were supposed to be having a big celebration full of family and friends. Instead of postponing their big day they decided to go on with the wedding no matter how many people were allowed to attend. Thankfully they chose me as one of those that could be a part of it. Surrounded by their closest family and friends at Whitetail Meadow they said their ‘I do’s’ and had an amazing day full of love, happiness, and maybe even a few tears (Happy ones of course). They even celebrated with an amazing fireworks show!
Next year they will be celebrating their wedding, in what should be a much bigger party!
Thank you both for continuing with your wedding no matter what happened. I can’t wait for the next celebration with you, your family and friends!
Enjoy! I highly suggest watching the slideshow, its always better with music!
Call me crazy but I had this idea to do an engagement shoot in a Lowes store, and I freakin loved it!
We managed to do this shoot right before everything got locked down due to Covid. The store was pretty much empty so we had a great time wandering around and having fun with this shoot.
Tori and Josh were both super cute and thankfully trusted me with this crazy idea. Hope you all enjoy this shoot!
After some really cold temps over the early spring we decided we would start with an in home shoot for Kass and Mike. Well wouldn’t you look at how absolutely perfect their place is for some cozy in home photos. They had the most cozy little sun room which had so much character.
After keeping warm inside we made our way outside for a few more photo’s at St. Norbert Trappist Monastery. This was such a fun and romantic shoot, really hope you all enjoy!
So, if there ever was a couple that was all smiles and laughs the entire shoot i’d say it would be Trish and Andrew. I knew they were a bit nervous before the shoot, but geez you’d never have known it. I had so much fun getting to know these two, and capturing some really fun winter engagement moments with them! Looking forward to their big wedding day at The Kingshead next year!
Enjoy!
Katie and Kurtis, a seriously sweet couple! I had an absolute great time with these two from the first time we met, its been so good being a part of this journey.
I spent a morning with Katie and her girls getting ready, and Michelle was with Kurtis and the guys.
We met up at the Millennium Centre in Winnipeg for a first look and some photos!
After the Millennium Centre we took a quick pit stop in the Exchange and down Waterfront for some chilly outside photos! and then a short stop at A&W with the whole crew for some lunch!
They had their ceremony at Hawthorn Estates and even had their pup there celebrate with them.
After the ceremony we managed to catch a bit of a sunset, and then it was time for the reception!
Hawthorn is always such a great wedding venue with super amazing staff and plenty of great photo spots around.
This wedding was wonderful, and it just so happened to be our last wedding before all of the Covid lockdowns, and rules came into place. We can’t wait for more big celebrations and gatherings of more than 10 people.
Hope you enjoy!
